Wow Baguio is the creator vegan handcrafted products infused with locally sourced ingredients. Pasalubong is the Filipino tradition of gift giving, which is similar to the Japanese tradition, 'Omiyage.' Some of these gifts are Chef Jo's homemade jams. She's preserved the original Filipino Taste- and Baguio City roots- by using her grandmother's recipes and farm-fresh ingredients; Ube (purple yam) and Presa (strawberry).
For almost two decades, Chef Jo has continued to prepare food with love and curated experiences that create memories that last a lifetime. That’s what food is all about. She is determined to keep her family’s legacy alive by combining her Filipino culture, upbringing, and family recipes with her culinary training to create dishes that stem from her roots and expand beyond your imagination.
Food is one of those Magical things that allows us to tap into memories covered by the in's and out's of the daily grind and can transport us back to happier days from our youth. Inspired by her childhood (in Baguio City, Benguet, Philippines), Chef Jo Soeung has created a menu that will allow us to experience the flavors and taste of Baguio City, Benguet without travelling 6,164 miles.

On arrival, you'll be seated at your table, and presented with the 'Taste of Cordillera' (3) Three Course Menu. Come hungry! The Taste of Cordillera' is especially tailored just for you. The food is freshly prepared using the finest whole food, locally sourced and sustainable products. It's Vegan, Dairy and Preservative Free and it's all made from scratch. This is a great way to experience healthy and tasty vegan food in a quirky little spot in the midst of everyday life.
